In for a warranty repair, had to persist with some staff due to miscommunication in the office and confusion regarding warranty cover. Having to explain the issues repeatedly to different people. Car in for two separate sessions before issues were resolved. However Ken and Colin have resolved my situation above my level of satisfaction, utter credit to them both.

Seems to be a busy site. Had a test drive and got full quote on 2 cars. All went fine - prices were decent on demo/registered cars. But did not do the deal. Tried to sell finance, while we did not need it. Nice showroom - all the VW cars you could want to see. All in all decent experience. Some follow up but not pushy at all, which was good.
